Survey, design levels and falls, then GPS machine-control and laser grading: ±10 mm on the subgrade and ±5 mm on the rootzone at Narangba, and 9,000 m³ of cut and fill over 25,000 m² at North Pine Christian College.
Lateral pipe drainage at 5 m centres (Samford, Mackay) and 10 m centres (Bob Brock, Clive Berghofer), a circular system retrofitted at Metricon Stadium, and gravel banding at Sheldon College.
Imported sand rootzones (250 mm at Samford and Narangba, 100 mm at North Pine and Bob Brock), with gypsum, lime and organic amendments applied to soil-test recommendations.
